Shipping & Delivery
How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 5-7 business days.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer free shipping on orders over $150. For orders under $150, standard shipping is $5.95. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package's progress.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. Store credit for opened and used products. Provide a picture of product. Products 50% used or more will not qualified for return or credit. Opened products cannot be returned or resold due to health and safety regulations.
How do I return a product?
Contact us at sales@youarebeautifulskincare.com with your order number and reason for return. Include picture of product/s showing how much has been used. We'll provide you with return instructions and if its our companies fault (e.g. defective product or packaging) a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you. If you change your mind and product is unopened in original packaging you will need to send back the product at your expense paying for shipping, providing us tracking number and a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit.
When will I receive my refund?
Since we are a new company we can't offer refunds only store credit.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes! If you'd like to exchange a unopened product for a different item, or get store credit please contact us and we'll help arrange the exchange.

Are your products natural/organic?
Our products are formulated with high-quality natural ingredients. We use USDA certified organic ingredients whenever possible. Visit our Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary to learn more about each ingredient we use. Our Cosmetic Ingredient Dictionary is for educational purposes only. Complied from through scientific research and historical use of ingredients. Not intended to treat, heal or cure any skin condition. Certified ingredients will be listed in the product description indicated with a * next to the INCI name (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients).
How should I use your products?
Each product page includes detailed usage instructions. For personalized skincare routines, feel free to contact us for recommendations.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products have a shelf life of 12-24 months+ when stored properly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Each product is labeled with a batch date and expiration.

Which products are best for my skin type?
Each product page indicates which skin types it's suitable for. If you're unsure, contact us for personalized recommendations based on your skin concerns.
Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?
Many of our products are formulated for sensitive skin. Check individual product descriptions for specific information, and always patch test new products. We purposely offer lots of products with out essential oils and sensitizers.
Are your products suitable for all ages?
Yes! Our products are formulated to be gentle and effective for all ages. However, we recommend consulting with a dermatologist for specific concerns.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes.

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes! We never test on animals and only work with suppliers who share our commitment to cruelty-free practices.
Do your products contain common allergens?
Some products may contain ingredients that could cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Always review the full ingredient list and patch test before use.
How do I perform a patch test?
Apply a small amount of product to the inside of your wrist or behind your ear. Wait 24 hours and check for any redness, itching, or irritation before using on your face or body.
Are your products safe during pregnancy?
While our products use natural ingredients, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before using any new skincare products during pregnancy or while nursing.
