Shipping & Delivery
How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5–14 business days.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer free shipping on orders over $150. For orders under $150, standard shipping is $5.95. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package's progress.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of personal care products, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging.
For health and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned or resold.
Eligible returns will be issued as store credit.
How do I return a product?
Please contact us at sales@youarebeautifulskincare.com with your order number and reason for return.
You may be asked to provide photos confirming the product is unused and the safety seal remains intact.
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, a prepaid return label will be provided.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from store credit.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes! If you'd like to exchange an unopened product for a different item, or get store credit please contact us and we'll help arrange the exchange.

Are your products natural or organic?
Our products are formulated with high-quality natural and naturally derived ingredients. We use USDA-certified organic ingredients whenever possible, with a goal of achieving 90–100% organic content in our formulations.

While we prioritize organic sourcing, our products are not currently USDA-certified organic.

What is the shelf life of your products?
Shelf life varies by product. Unopened products generally have a shelf life of 12–24 months or longer when stored properly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
Each product is labeled with a batch number and a cosmetic jar symbol indicating the recommended period after opening.

Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?
Many of our products are formulated for sensitive skin. Check individual product descriptions for specific information, and always patch test new products. We offer unscented formulations with no added fragrance or essential oils, making them suitable for sensitive or reactive skin types.
Are your products suitable for all ages?
Yes! Our products are formulated to be gentle and effective for all ages. However, we recommend consulting with a dermatologist for specific skin concerns.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Do your products contain common allergens?

How do I perform a patch test?
Apply a small amount of product to the inside of your wrist or behind your ear. Wait 24 hours and check for any redness, itching, or irritation before using on your face or body.
Are your products safe during pregnancy?
While our products are formulated with carefully selected ingredients, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before using any new skincare products during pregnancy or while nursing.
